Beth has been studying and practicing Holistic Health for over 30 years. She graduated from the Alpha School of Massage of the Treasure Coast in Port St. Lucie, Fl in 1996 and has traveled around the globe learning various bodywork modalities, continuously adding to her bodywork 'tool box'. In addition, Beth is a certified herbalist, and has decades of experience wildcrafting, growing and using herbs, making herbal medicines and teaching herb classes.
In addition to her office appointments, Beth does home visits to various Assisted Living Homes.
Morning Sun Wellness LLC is the culmination of Beth’s extensive training, decades of experience, variety of healing gifts, passion for health and dedication to helping people. Her training includes both Eastern and Western practices.
Beth practices many styles of bodywork. She is a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist, practicing the Vodder technique taught by Elisa Difalco, founder of MLD Institute International. In 2004, Beth traveled to India and became certified in Ayurvedic bodywork and lifestyle practices through Dr. Shivani Sood of the Shivani Ayurvedic Clinic in Dharmsala, where she was trained in Abhyanga massage using Doshic (constitutional) specific oils, Marma (Vital Points) Therapy, and Pranic Healing energy work, as well as Ayurvedic diet, herbalism and cleansing. Beth also completed the 6 levels of Nuad Bo, Tradition Massage of Thailand and Reflexology (rooted in Ayurveda) at the ITM school in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Beth studied the physical and spiritual aspects of Traditional Hawaiian Lomilomi massage on the Big Island of Hawaii under renowned healer Harry Uhane Jim. She has been a certified Yoga instructor since 1997 through the Sivananda Vedanta Ashram in the Bahamas. She is a graduate of Michael Tierra's East West School of Planetary Herbology in California. Beth also lived on the Standing Rock Indian Reservation in South Dakota for over a decade, and was blessed to learn herbal knowledge from Lakota elders; Marie Brown, George Iron Shield & Sam Moves Camp.

Beth is trained to look at the patterns of dis-ease the person is presenting and identify the root causes behind underlying conditions. By considering the energetics of the person’s constitution & imbalances, Beth applies personalized herbal formulas using herbs from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Ayurveda (from India) and/or Western Herbalism. Beth also makes custom formulas by hand and offers lifestyle and food recommendations as part of herbal consultations.

​​Signature Massage – Both therapeutic and relaxing, Beth's specialty massage combines circulation-enhancing broad strokes, potent pressure points, medium pressure to release tension, and calming energy holds to allow the nervous system to relax. An integrative blend of many massage styles creating a truly transformational massage.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage – Aiming to release fluid and extra water weight stuck in the tissues, MLD uses flowing and pump-like movements directed to the lymph glands to move and drain lymphatic fluids. MLD can be applied for over all lymphatic health, or as pre and post operative protocols if referred by a doctor.
Although not required, best results are with 5 sessions, 5 days in a row, particularly for pre & post-op.

Craniosacral Therapy - gentle touch to the head, sacrum & body, assessing the tissue, membranes and fluid and aiming to release restrictions and improve the flow of the Cerebrospinal fluid and relax the Central Nervous System, thus tension in the head and body.

Abhyanga-Marma Massage – Massage from the Ayurvedic tradition of India. Herbal Infused Oils customized to your Dosha type (constitution) are used and Marma points (similar to meridian points) are pressed throughout the massage to balance energy and release muscle tension.
Reflexology – This massage focuses on the reflexology points on the hands, feet and head from the Thai Tradition.

Swedish - classic relaxational massage using light pressure.

Pranic Healing & Reiki- Energy work from the Ayurvedic tradition using the hands and prana (life force) to move, clear and enhance energy on the body and above the body in the subtle layers. Beth is also certified in Reiki, and adds reiki symbols into the sessions.
Herbal Scalp & Face Massage – An effective way to empty the stress out of your mind. Utilizing healing Ayurvedic Marma points, manual lymphatic drainage techniques, and herbal oils & lotions into the massage.
